The most common request I receive is for painting. When painting I use a three coat process which includes using a color matched primer as a base and two coats of premium paint. In addition, I also offer wall repair and wall texture blending.

I would rank plumbing as the second most common request from a home owner. I can replace your toilet, faucet or fix a pesky leaky from below or above the sink. However, when it comes areas such as water heaters or re-piping I leave that to the professionals.

Third on my list for most common service calls is sprinklers. From station replacment or for a simple sprinkler head repair I will find the most appropriate solution and the best price.

The fourth most common call  I receive is for simple fixture, switch or outlet replacement. I can replace a ceiling fan or if its a pull switch that has broken off I can replace and repair that for very little money.  

In addtion to the above listed services I can handle a large variety of home projects that do not fit into a single category. I would enjoy the opportunity to any and all around the house projects you may have.
